Job Description
Activision Blizzard's IT Enterprise Services division is looking for an experienced and
talented Sailpoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management Operations team.

The IAM Ops team is responsible for engineering and administration of the applications and
services which support identity management along with on-prem and cloud authentication.
This role augments our team of Identity Engineers responsible for designing and operating
SailPoint IdentityIQ services, which handle identity provisioning and lifecycle management
across the Activision, Blizzard, and King organizations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in
identity management principles and is specifically experienced in SailPoint IdentityIQ

proactively drives new solutions to stay ahead of the company's needs. Working directly
with our project management and other IT teams, this role will drive decisions which shape

with existing infrastructure and resolve issues with existing policies and configurations.

Responsibilities
• Primary support and development provider for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Implement, maintain and improve business processes (workflows) in Sailpoint
IdentityIQ.
• Analyze permission schemes and integration options of new applications,
recommend configurations that meet best practices then design and implement
integrations that include provisioning, deprovisioning and account reconciliation.
• Build and extend upon our existing roles and entitlements to effectively group and
provision access to users based on rules/criteria as well as on-demand requests.
• Follow and improve our iterative development practices to ensure the future
sustainability of our platform.
• Troubleshooting and fixing workflow, provisioning and other Sailpoint IdentityIQ
related issues and errors.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration documentation.
• Support our Sailpoint IdentityIQ infrastructure during business hours and participate
in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Experience developing in Java compiled classes.
• Experience using version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or additional
years of Java development.
• Experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
• Ability to solve problems independently and drive collaboration with the immediate
team and external teams as needed to meet strategic goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues as it relates to the platform where Sailpoint is
deployed, such as Windows/Linux Operating Systems, SQL-backend, etc.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

• A degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with Active Directory.
