Your Mission

As an Expert UX Designer at Activision, you will work within the Consumer Technology group to develop requirements, wireframes and prototypes supporting various software projects. Candidates should have experience working with large scale software applications while engaging both business users and engineers.

Key responsibilities include:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and engineers.
• Apply and influence others in the organization to engage in best UX practices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Participate in identifying and defining strategic initiatives as well as supporting those efforts.
• Conduct user experience research and testing.
• Lead and mentor other UX and UI designers.
• Prepare and present wireframes and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrate experience developing and communicating UX design guidelines and best practices.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of user-centered design product development.
• Bachelor's degree and at least four years experience OR at least six years experience developing UX designs for software projects.

Experience Required:
