Now we are looking for an experienced Employer Branding Manager who will base in Shanghai and report to Head of Talent Acquisition, Activision & Blizzard, APAC

• Lead the development and execution of AKB employer branding and DE&I strategy and plan in both long term and short term.
• Partner with recruitment teams with strategic employer branding and marketing consultation. Leverage social media and networking groups to target passive and more diverse talent.
• Effectively manage various channels and actively track the efficiency of them to ensure effectiveness, provide regular reports.
• Partner with internal and external marketing sources to create quality marketing creatives and impactful campaigns. Promote and manage the ABK employment brand. Create and cultivate ABK Ambassadors, Social Stars & KOL and etc.
• Contribute to reach and attract a diverse audience (including active and passive candidates, college students, potential players & customers) through the rigorous implementation of creative strategies.

• 6+ years' experience, demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve employer branding objectives.
• Game or relative industry experience is preferred. Passionate about game, ABK (Activision, Blizzard, King) game player is preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
• Strong project management skill, effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurship, proactive, creative, fast learner.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

• 通过严格实施创意策略,为接触和吸引不同的受众(包括主动和被动候选人、应届毕业生、潜在游戏玩家&周边产品消费者)做出贡献。

• 6年以上雇主品牌或相关工作经验,对完美实现雇主品牌目标具有坚定的决心。
• 游戏行业或相关行业经验者优先。热爱游戏,动视暴雪游戏玩家优先。
• 良好的沟通能力和内部影响力,能够在各个层级和职能之间建立积极有效的工作关系。
• 优秀的项目管理能里,具备处理多个优先事项,合理安排工作量以按时完成任务的能力。
• 企业家精神、积极进取、富有创造力、快速学习者。
• 大学本科或以上学历。
• 流利的普通话和英语。
