Your Mission

The Business Lead is a key player on the EVP Corporate Affairs team, reporting to the Senior Business Lead of the CEO. This team plays a pivotal role in driving the CEO's agenda for one of the largest interactive entertainment companies in the world; in one of the fastest growing industries in the world, gaming.

The Business Lead helps Activision Blizzard grow, cohere, and thrive by optimizing the CEO's interactions and relationships with his leadership team, Activision Blizzard's businesses, and external stakeholders. This role is meant for someone looking to take on big challenges to help move our business forward as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and use this role as a platform for career progression into other businesses at Activision Blizzard, in the future.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
• Create briefing materials, in collaboration with business stakeholders, to ensure the CEO is prepped for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on meeting actions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the CEO, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them in a timely manner
• Lead Activision Blizzard's Summer Work Program; an 8-week internship consisting of 10-15 rising sophomores and juniors in college
• Work closely with the Senior Business Lead to oversee and represent the CEO in written correspondence with internal and external stakeholders including, investors, Board of Directors, clients, prospects, partnership, and C-level executives
• Manage public appearances of the CEO
• Oversee large, often cross-business unit-wide initiatives assigned by the CEO or his delegates
• Work closely with senior executives throughout the company to identify and mobilize resources to support on highly sensitive and strategic objectives
• Opportunity to manage other members of the Chief Executive Office team, over time
• Support Senior Business Lead and Executive Assistants with administrative tasks
• Deliver on Ad hoc duties, as assigned

Player Profile
• 2-4 years of professional working experience in management consulting, banking, media or technology industries
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
• Established reputation as a business partner and advisor
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Highly collaborative working style that relies on interpersonal and influence skills
• Excellent judgement, obsessive attention to detail, great multitasking, and high motivation to get things done
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven presentation skills, with the ability to generate high-impact presentations, appropriate for the Board of Directors and other Senior Executives
• Customer-oriented and highly responsive
• Excel power user with strong critical thinking skills
• Passion for Activision Blizzard's business
