Your Mission
As Associate Director of Product for Gameplay, you are responsible for driving the success o f gameplay initiatives on Call of Duty: Mobile. You will work with analysts and researchers to improve our understanding of gameplay opportunities and problems faced by players. Partnering closely with our development partners at Tencent in China, you will ideate around gameplay improvements , align on our gameplay roadmap , and work to build and launch new gameplay initiatives . You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of your gameplay initiatives using A/B tests, analysis, and research, and using those learnings to improve the game in the future. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Mobile product team.
What you bring to the table
• Drive the success of our gameplay initiatives
• Ge nerate a deep understanding of player needs, motivations, and pain points related to gameplay, and use this to identify future opportunities
• Align on strategy and roadmap for gameplay, ensuring we are prioritizing the most impactful opportunities
• Ensure new gameplay initiatives have clear goals, and evaluate the performance of new gameplay initiatives using A/B tests, research, and analysis , synthesizing learnings to improve the game in the future
Minimum Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in product management or other relevant role
• 2+ years experience managing others
• Ability to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problems and inform future initiatives
• Strong communication and influence skills, able to work well with others
• Strong execution skills with bias to action and track record in improving metrics
• Experience working on gameplay for a free to play game
• Able to do meetings in the evening with people in China (typically no more than once or twice a week)
Extra Points
• Experience using research to uncover customer problems and opportunities
• Experience working on mobile shooter games or other similar games
• Experience playing Call of Duty on PC/console
• Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to define a strategy and build a plan to hit goals

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $124,400.00 - $230,300.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
