We are looking for a Measurement Lead in New York to work within our exciting and rapidly growing Ad Sales business. You will work within the Research & Marketing team to help evaluate the impact and success of digital advertiser campaigns and sponsorships across both Activision Blizzard Media's mobile portfolio and Activision Blizzard's esports portfolio. You will also work with members of the Research & Marketing team, helping to build insight based marketing collateral, assist in custom research initiatives, and execution and management of digital campaign effectiveness measurement..

You will be a part of a team that spans the globe with hubs in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and London.

Your role within Activision Blizzard Media/Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Ad Effectiveness, the Measurement Lead is responsible for the following critical tasks:
• Partner with internal sales/account management/adops teams, advertisers/agencies, and vendors to assist in the execution and management of digital campaign effectiveness measurement. 

• Work with research management to evaluate new research tools, data sources, and conduct on-platform primary research studies/projects and test plans. You will be responsible for presenting research findings to internal teams and clients with a solutions-selling approach.
• Assist in running multiple ad effectiveness research studies and aiding in the process from start to finish including development and execution of campaign measurement plans, survey design, liasoning between internal team members and external vendors and clients, setting up and programming studies, monitoring/analyzing results, building final deliverables with insightful recommendations, and internal/external presentation of results.

• Lead the development of any creative best practices and meta-analysis sales collateral to showcase our learnings and expertise in the digital gaming space.

• Candidates should be knowledgeable about the advertising industry, passionate about the entertainment business, and have experience with digital measurement. 

• Candidates must be comfortable using data to develop actionable insights and effectively communicate a story on behalf of advertiser clients.

Requirements
• 5+ years of media research experience, ideally working in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong experience in campaign measurement. Ideally you will have overseen running multiple ad effectiveness research studies, the execution of campaign measurement plans, survey design, liasoning between internal team members and external vendors and clients, and analysis and presentation of results.
• Must have experience in vendor management and be comfortable in client-facing settings (measurement overview, consultative meetings, and presentations).
• Experience ideating, launching, and executing research studies/projects and/or test plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, organize and summarize data and produce marketing insights.
• Great interpersonal skills – able to build and maintain internal and external relationships; client service experience preferred.
• You are curious about the ''why'' behind data, and eager to ask questions and learn.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences preferred.

In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $76,730 - $113,554 annually. This base pay range is for New York City and is not applicable to other locations. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
