Digital Delivery Senior Coordinator

Job Description

A24 is looking for a dynamic self-starter with at least four years of experience in the Home Entertainment delivery space to facilitate delivery of our library titles to home entertainment platforms and help oversee archive initiatives across our robust collection of films.

This role is primarily in-office (3-4 days per week in office), and we are open to candidates in either our LA or NY offices (West Hollywood and Manhattan, respectively) with a preference for NY-based candidates.

Responsibilities:
• As directed by Digital Delivery Manager, facilitate delivery of outgoing library assets including features, Dolby Atmos/audio, trailers, artwork, captions, subtitles, dubbing, audio description, TV spots, featurettes, and clips to the encoding house and direct delivery of supplemental assets to platforms as needed
• Facilitate communication between A24 Home Ent team and encoding house on delivery needs & deadlines ensuring all deliveries and necessary redeliveries are completed on time, providing status updates to Home Entertainment and Post teams as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with AVOD platforms, CVOD platforms, EST/VOD platforms, and SVOD platforms (such as Pluto, Tubi, Plex, InDemand, Dish, DirecTV, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, HBO) as needed to fulfill deliveries and deals scheduled by the Home Ent team
• Alongside Digital Delivery Manager, manage external vendor on 4K HDR remastering of library titles
• Manage archive of library titles via AWS by entering and maintaining accuracy of file data in internal trackers and backing up files in the cloud
• Facilitate platform checks on release days to ensure the title(s) go live as intended and no issues or delays arise

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Home Entertainment Delivery
• General knowledge of Home Entertainment deliverables, formats, and specs
• At least 1 year of technical HD to 4K remastering experience
• Familiarity with archive management and content validation
• Proficiency in editorial software such as Avid, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve
• Experience using Aspera, Dropbox, Box, Media Shuttle, Sohonet, and/or other FTPs and delivery methods
• Familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

Our target base salary for this role is between $70,000 to $85,000. Actual starting pay within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
