Job Description
The Reward Systems Analyst, Finance & Accounting will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and testing the PATH workforce planning solution and collaborating with all key stakeholders to ensure a seamless annual budgeting and re-forecast process, and the monthly accounting compensation accounting process. The Reward Systems Analyst is also responsible for documenting the procedures used for all planning processes. This role will collaborate closely with HR, Finance & Accounting, and Division Heads and their respective organizations to support the company-wide workforce planning process. The analyst will also have to download Excel reports from PATH and enhance them for analysis and presentation purposes.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Application Support
• Support fully the PATH workforce planning solution/process for the annual budget, periodic re-forecasts, and monthly compensation accounting actuals. This will require an advanced knowledge of how to input and manipulate data in PATH, and how to extract data with the various reports that are available. Support monthly updates to PATH with data from Workday, SAP, payroll systems, and other sources.
• Support the integration of PATH with BPC and Workday.
• Perform testing of the workforce planning process. Document and report all issues with Jira tickets.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of strong hands-on information systems and process experience. More specifically, the candidate must have the following:
• Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all management levels
• Highest level of ownership, accountability and integrity
• Ability to question, evaluate, and make decisions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• Experience supporting confidential data with standalone solutions
• Specific project and process support experience with an awareness of general accounting best practices in employee compensation, headcount budgeting and workforce planning
Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $97,391 - $112,000
Annual Incentive Target: 10.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
