The Role
A&E is looking for a Production Coordinator for the Marketing Production Operations department. The Coordinator should be extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
They will partner with the Operations PM to support budget management, project planning, and managing production schedules. The Coordinator will also work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets.
More About what you'll do
• Support production operations on all video deliverables across A&E
• Build production schedules for producers to manage the effective use of creative resources
• Maintain Airtable Operations base with A&E PM including purchase requests and invoices
• Manage off-air paid campaign timelines and deliveries alongside consumer marketing
• Facilitate internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments
• Partner with Brand Production Managers and Prod Ops team to ensure full utilization of internal edit sessions
• Provide support on footage selects process. Collaborate with AP's, producers, editors, and assistant editors to maintain selects bins every month
• Partner with 360 Production team to ensure all projects are supported operationally
• Deliver assets for Fast Channels and Emerging Platforms as needed
• Support A&E PM on Legal & S&P approvals across all projects for A&E
• Coordinator footage and photo licensing for A&E
• Maintain Campaign Launch Base, updating with available footage from A&E Programming team
• Help structure and improve workflow for creative production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity
• Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed
• Coordinate Tagging sessions with Tagging Producers
• Understand the entirety of the On Air delivery workflow and deliver promos as needed
• Collaborate with Tagging Producers, Associate Producers, and Assistant Editors on submaster requests
• Be a super user of Airtable and Orange Logic software. Train new producers, coordinators, PA's on workflow and software
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere and/or Avid a plus
