Job Description

The Manager, Performance Implementation is responsible for the execution and management of A+E's Precision & Performance (P&P) business outcomes-based sales campaigns. This position is an agency-facing role responsible for contributing to A+E Networks' continued success in audience and measurement-based Ad Sales. Team with Sales, Research, Revenue Management and 3rd party vendors to lead the charge on innovation and white-glove customer service.

You will need to have strong detail-oriented analytical skills and demonstrate knowledge and experience of digital and linear measurement capabilities. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with media agencies by providing outstanding client service and intelligent updates in-campaign, as well as leading the development of post-campaign results reporting. You will assist the Sales Team with the upselling of existing clients as well as contribute to new campaign opportunities.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manager, Performance Implementation
• Serve as an expert Specialist in A+E Networks sales department by managing all key components of business outcomes measurement, including crafting and supervising business outcomes guarantees.
• Lead agency-facing measurement implementation by developing deal structure for activation, as well as by managing technical set-up and campaign monitoring.
• Contribute to Sales revenue goals by supporting Precision & Performance Sales Director and SVP with data-informed prospecting results, measurement recommendations, budgetary management and white-glove customer service.
• Work closely with A+E Research to evaluate new measurement opportunities, develop partner recommendations, monitor in-progress campaigns and deliver timely results to agency partners.
• Ensure effective campaign performance by working with sales Planners to recommend adjustments to inventory and creative components of the campaign.
• Assist in the execution of alternate currency activations – developing agency-facing information sharing and managing the intersection of business outcomes measurement and alternate currency methodologies.
• Manage an archive of A+E Performance case studies/reporting, developing recommendations on needed measurement statistics to help sales efforts.
• Produce detailed end of campaign analyses including successes, key learnings, and recommendations.
• Serve as primary point of contact to existing clients regarding outcomes measurement.
• Manage Precision & Performance Sales Team's measurement budget.

YOUR STORY: Manager, Performance Implementation
• Will have a minimum 1-2 years of industry experience within audience-based media and/or performance measuring, with a minimum of 5 years of total media related experience (Network, AdTech, Agency, etc.)
• Strong analytics & math capabilities.
• Will have demonstrated project management skills such campaign oversight or other project leadership.
• Must have solid multi-tasking skills with ability to seamlessly shift between projects.
• Curious and self-starting mindset.
• Solid Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $105,081 - $127,475

Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
