contingent on the course of the COVID variants and federal, state and local safety guidelines and

recommendations. As we look forward, the majority of our employees will have flexibility that allows them to choose a predominantly remote, predominantly in-office, or hybrid setup.
Our official in-office locations in the United States includes LA, NYC, Stamford, and Chicago, and we have several other states in which employees may work remotely if their role isn't one that requires them to be in or near the office.

This experienced and dynamic digital specialist will help lead/direct the digital direct sales efforts at A+E Networks. This includes sales strategy and revenue responsibility across the entire digital portfolio (A&E, History, Lifetime, FYI, and Biography) on desktop, mobile/tablet apps, CTV, VOD 4+, social, audio, and emerging media platforms. Job will include guidance to 7 national team leads and 33 national holistic video sellers. Providing digital knowledge and training, evaluating new digital products, evolving, and improving upfront rate cards and so much more. This fun, confident, go getter will help drive revenue for one of largest growing sectors for the company.

This role works closely with the Ad Sales team, Digital Revenue Management, Digital Research, Partnerships, Ad Product and Ad Ops teams to identify and develop cross-media and multi-platform sales strategies and partnerships, that work efficiently and have the best outcome for A+E Networks and our clients. High level knowledge of ever evolving media landscape, industry trends and the competitive marketplace we sit within, will be key. Must possess the ability to drive revenue, teach and grow digital knowledge at A+E with passion, patience, and kindness.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Become the go to for all things Digital Direct including: video, audio, social and new ad product offerings
• Coach, strategize, attend meetings with holistic Ad Sales member as digital expert
• Assist with digital rate card negotiations and high-level meeting/calls throughout the upfront (pre, during and post) process
• Focus on video sales while understanding the value and place for social, audio and deal enhancement capabilities
• Develop and host TVE training session to take our sales staff to the next level
• Work hand in hand with Digital Revenue Management to understand, track and report pacing, working dollars, options, deal terms, strategies for yield, pricing and more
• Maintain and grow high level external agency/client relationships
• Be a leader in the digital space both externally as well (attending conferences, media events and more)

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience in media
• 3+ years in digital sales
• A fun spirit, confident personality, and a go getter mentality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills internally and externally
• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly
• Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships both internally and externally
• Self-starter, that is motivated and thinks proactively
• Attention to detail and follow through
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook)
