Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Job Description

The Coordinator, Social Media, A&E is a TV fanatic at heart who enjoys copywriting, fan engagement and all things social media! This individual should be an engaging social copywriter who is extremely organized with the ability to multi-task. The Social Media Associate is responsible social media strategy, robust out-of-the-box creative plans, content creation and community management across series. This role will interact and engage with fans in real-time as well as ideating, curating, and distributing custom content specifically for the social media landscape. It is imperative that the Coordinator, Social Media, A&E understand social media platforms and have a knowledge of the A&E show lineup.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Coordinator, Social Media, A&E
• Management of network and show page content, including copywriting, asset curation, and scheduling social material in timely manner.
• Social Media content creation (video assets, custom graphics, etc.) for series.
• Collaborate internally to secure promotional assets, program positioning, etc.
• Identify social-first moments from priority programming, clip editing.
• Daily monitoring and top-line reporting of content performance
• Engage and activate audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & TikTok
• Work with moderation team to ensure all issues are addressed.
• Respond to fan questions, escalate larger trends and insights across pages.
• Keep track of social creative delivery, tracking assets for team
• Live tweet and fan engagement during key premieres.
• Assist the larger communications team with various projects.

YOUR STORY: Coordinator, Social Media, A&E
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media, preferably for an entertainment brand or media company
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
• Proficient with social listening/scheduling tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprout, etc.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and video editing software such as Premiere Pro

Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $21.13 - $26.95

Annual Incentive Target: 5%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
