Coordinator, Emerging Digital Platforms (Temporary)-3 Months

A+E Networks is looking for a Coordinator for the emerging digital platforms department. This position requires an individual that is organized, a team player with a great attitude and work ethic. This position will report up to Project Managers and support them with project timelines, production and execution of project requests. This individual will play a key role in driving the operational success of creative and visual executions of our TV Everywhere (TVE), DTO, FAST, AVOD and SVOD products that is shaping the television/video industry.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Support Project Managers on planning and tracking, project oversight, and management of creative approvals
• Manage workloads with Project Managers and balance projects based on priority and timelines
• Track requests and close out jobs in databases
• Front end prep for creative development: comb through existing assets (art and copy) for Project Managers to kick off a title request
• Support Project Managers with Legal & S&P approval across all projects
• Assure titles are organized properly for deliveries
• Deliver final art to various external partners
• Archive art to servers at the end of the project
• Support Project Managers with invoicing and billing of projects

YOUR STORY:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, film, television or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, with demonstrated experience in project management
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, working under tight deadlines and pressure are necessary to succeed in this role

• A love of television and a passion for staying on top of industry trends
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication
• Smart, optimistic and hungry - with a great attitude and work ethic

Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.
