About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Manager, Event Production to supervise and manage all aspects of events from conception to execution. In this role you'll wear many hats from supporting ideation and developing executable plans to managing project timelines and overseeing operations and directing staff on-site, all while managing budgets to ensure financial profitability. You'll be part of a true team collaboration and expected to work cross-functionally with various divisions across the organization.

Still interested? Great, let's talk about travel. We execute live events across the globe, so it's imperative you are willing to travel frequently. We're a hybrid office environment, but we do work non-standard hours nights and weekends as needed to execute events.
• Supporting the creative ideation of events, collaborating with Creative and Account teams.
• Developing project plan, production schedule and project budget that meet client's requirements.
• Executing creative problem-solving and solution-oriented results
• Managing project communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact projects are documented and addressed with the key team members
• Assisting with recruiting, training and overall people management – coordinator(s), manager(s), contractor(s), tour and temporary staff as needed for the execution of each program
• Managing internal team members and developing their skill sets
• Sourcing and developing relationships with key vendors providing for the best available resources within budget and overall project success
• Procuring permits, civic documents, and all other permits/paperwork for events
• Maintaining complete and updated project files with all project details and event information
• Managing financial flow of all production deliverables
• Meeting deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts and deliver prompt and sound decisions

You Have These:
• 3+ years of related experience in experiential marketing production and events
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Passion for amplifying diversity & inclusion in all aspects of the workplace and for our clients, as well as new technology, sports and entertainment and live events
• Excellent verbal & written communication, project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with Audio and Visual equipment
• Experience working with planning tools (i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specs, meeting agendas and notes, etc.)
• Experience creating and managing budgets
• Attention to detail & and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
• Professional appearance and persona
• Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours and weekends as required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
