With offices in seven countries around the world, 160over90's expertise spans experiential, creative, public relations, digital, social, impact, influence, higher education and more. We represent culture. (B)ring (You)rs. At 160over90, we invite you to be the most authentic version of yourself. No matter where you come from or what you look like, you can be your full self here. Our work reaches diverse communities around the globe. So, it's important to us that our team reflects the full spectrum of voices, values, and perspectives of the audiences we're looking to reach through our work. Just as we're obsessed with our clients, their businesses, and the work we do, we're even more obsessed with the team bringing it to life. Each day we are actively investing to ensure our people feel seen, heard, and appreciated. No matter where they are, who they are, and what they believe in, 160over90 is the throughline to infuse a culture rooted in acceptance and belonging.

The Role and What You'll Do:

First and foremost, you love to ask (and understand) why. Success in this role requires the curiosity to dig into the world around us (audiences, brands, culture), and the collaborative spirit to work closely with fellow researchers and other internal teams to create exciting work supported by data and insights.

You're excited to learn, interested in both the creative and the analytical, and you always give a damn. About the client, the agency, the people, and the work.

You appreciate the value of others. We don't expect you to know everything but simply to appreciate it's a team effort.

Intrigued?

As the Market Research Analyst you will be responsible for the implementation of research projects for 160over90's clients. This position is ideal for a candidate who wants to build deep expertise in market research and media analytics, while gaining experience with leading global brands. Your work will span multiple client industries, with an emphasis on consumer service brands, higher education, and professional sports.

In this role you will serve as the internal champion for successful delivery of client research projects. This includes executing internal business processes in collaboration with the business development, finance, and operations teams. This role draws heavily on creative, analytical, and organizational skills. This is a cross-functional position that requires strong communication skills to keep internal and external teams aligned and on target throughout the full lifecycle of each research project.

Typical projects include quantitative and qualitative brand positioning research, message testing, media analytics, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. In this role you would work closely with a team of researchers tackling fun and highly challenging projects that inform our clients' media, marketing, and advertising strategies.

This role is located in Philadelphia, reporting into an Associate Director, Market Research. As such responsibilities cover the following:
• Assist in the development, analysis, and delivery of research materials under supervision of Associate Director, Market Research, including timelines, open-end coding, data visualization, etc.
• Participate in client meetings and correspondence, including documenting client needs and questions and co-presenting findings.
• Provide end-to-end quality assurance during data collection-monitoring and reporting on operations, recruitment, fielding, and programming throughout each study.
• Train to conduct qualitative research under supervision of the Associate Director, Market Research.
• Support on research proposal development.
• Escalate important updates to the Associate Director, Market Research and other team members.
• Collaborate with strategists and other internal teams to provide research support (e.g., secondary research pulls, translating research findings into action, etc.).

You Have These:

Whether you're a loud force of nature or a quiet powerhouse, we don't care. But you must bring confidence and perspective to all you do.
• 1 to 3 years applicable experience in a market research role, and/or relevant academic experience (e.g., advertising/marketing, communications, social sciences, engineering, finance, business intelligence, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (even while managing multiple client projects simultaneously).
• Self-starter capable of working independently, as well as within teams.
• Comfortable working in a creative environment and adapting to shifting timelines/client needs.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office tools in particular) are essential.
• Strong time-management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit required to thrive in an exciting growing agency yet within the large, often complex and definitely atypical organization that is Endeavor.
• Familiarity with basic quantitative and qualitative research methods strongly preferred.
• Experience translating research and data into meaningful insights is preferred but not required.
• Experience with statistical analysis and/or market research programs (e.g., R, RapidMiner, SPSS, SAS, Minitab, Qualtrics, YouGov, Simmons, Tableau, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Keynote is preferred but not required.

How we work:

Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business. To foster an environment of collaboration, develop our future talent, and build on relationships across leadership, peers, and teams, we work from the office 4 days per week. We see immeasurable value internally and throughout the core of the businesses we support.

Don't meet every single requirement? We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Endeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment. We understand this can only be accomplished when we lead with a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do. As a global company that drives culture, we strive to reflect the world's diverse voices.
