The Role and What You'll Do:

The Digital Supervisor position is responsible for strategic direction to the digital operations team. This includes fostering client relationships and supervising all campaign executions and performance for each client.

This position will also have a consultative role in helping clients identify appropriate programs and services. This includes optimizing campaign performance by performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses of deliverables.

A digital media supervisor is also responsible for training new hires on the operations team. This position will help them understand the policies, goals, and objectives of the company and what their role and responsibilities would be.
• Oversee the execution of media outreach programs by collaborating with various media partners
• Identify areas of development in digital media planning by observing market trends and reporting back to the overall media tea
• Suggest media alternatives to utilize advertising budget effectively by determining client's media needs, and cost strategies
• Work closely with the planning team to present digital media proposals by analyzing a client's target market, geography, etc.
• Enhance future campaigns by optimizing campaigns through data-driven learning, directions, and forecasting
• Identify automated tools to enhance media buying processes that help improve ROI on media ad spends
• Maximize the productivity of media plans by overseeing multiple facets of campaign execution (accounts, reporting, and analytics)
• Review the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the digital specialists through strategic guidance and thought leadership

You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 4+ years experience in digital media buying, campaign execution and team management
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts
• Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor a team
• Proficiency in digital media tools like Google Campaign Manager, IAS, Basis DSP, etc.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies
• Must be resourceful, demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow-through skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a huge plus
