The Role:

The Creative Director, Art, will be responsible for creating and inspiring work that is distinctive, effective, and truly remarkable across a major telecommunications brand. The CD plays a critical role in elevating the output of the creative team on the account, specifically from a visual and experiential standpoint. The CD will apply expert knowledge of the experiential space, artistry and strategic insight to create and bring to life consumer experiences that make an impact.

• Help lead across the client's portfolio of national sports, entertainment, and gaming partnerships continue to evolve and innovate through the development of award-worthy, industry-leading creative concepts.
• Take an 'always on' approach to oversee the development, presentation, and optimization of creative ideas that bring the client's partnerships to life across all platforms and channels year-round.
• Become a brand steward, intimately understanding the client's brand positioning, products, properties, tone of voice, and partnerships to intuitively and fluently speak their language.
• Inspirational leadership across the full creative team to ensure they function as a cohesive single entity delivering a shared creative vision.
• Work seamlessly with a Creative Director, Copywriter to function as a cohesive single entity delivering a shared creative vision.
• Work closely with with account strategy, partnerships, and experiential teams to build insights-led creative territories, approaches, and concepts that achieve and exceed client objective and budget.
• Lead presentations to senior level client and/or agency executives.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across in the 160over90/Endeavor network as necessary to develop client programs.

Education and Skills:
• A minimum of 10 years of agency, client, or property sponsorship, marketing, or advertising experience.
• Experience developing creative ideas that build around culturally relevant moments, or react to things happening in culture.
• Knowledge/experience working with a telecommunications/technology brand is ideal.
• Experience managing a creative team - performance management, reviews, employee development, etc..
• Takes a profound interest in the world around you – culture, music, film, sport, art, entertainment.
• Computer literacy with strong proficiency in all relevant programs including entire Adobe Creative Suite.
• Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can work with minimal direction, evaluating best practices and offering effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – not afraid to have difficult discussions.
• Team building skills, proactively seeking opportunities to develop team members.
• Strong operational/project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, decks, client calls, and productions.
• Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Own the ideation process and the difference between a tactic and a big campaign platform.
• Extremely skilled in developing high-level brand concepts as well as articulating those concepts in executions across various media channels.
• Must be able to juggle several projects at one time.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Energized at the idea of building a team and a culture at a growing agency.
