The Role and What You'll Do:
• Management and execution of brand integrations.  
• Day-to-day client relationship management.
• Project management including identifying, vetting and drafting recommendations for tv/film partners.
• Negotiation and contracting with studios and production companies.
• Leverage existing network of relationships across the industry including producers, writers, agents, managers, etc.
• Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.
• Management of internal tracking documents, monthly client reports and campaign recaps.
• Develop POVs and oversee measurement and reporting of program tactics to ensure goals are met.
• Budget tracking and forecasting.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across the 160over90/Endeavor network to share learnings and gather upstream intelligence.

You Have These:
• Bachelor's Degree – marketing preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of entertainment marketing experience. Prior agency, network or studio experience is required.
• Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requests.
• Established relationships across the entertainment industry.
• Deep knowledge of the tv landscape, including production companies and key creators/executives in entertainment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Superior pitching/presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong problem-solve skills.
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to project manage.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Dependable and proactive.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$71,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$95,000 annually
