Job Description
The Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including campaign management, content creation, and digital marketing. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will contribute to building and enhancing our organization's brand through compelling and targeted marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Draft and edit content for various marketing channels, including campaign briefs, emails, website content, and social media.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to contribute to effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned.

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Available for entire term of internship and availability to work all Nationals home games.
• Ability to frequently work nights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from Nationals Park.
• Knowledge of baseball and the Nationals organization.

Physical/Environmental Requirements
• Gameday Seasonal: Job requires the employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights. Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
