Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive university students in their final years of study to join our amazing People & Culture (P&C) team in Argentina. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both operational and strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and creative global company.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Support the Argentina P&C Partners with day-to-day operational and strategic tasks.
- Create job requisitions in Workday for new hiring needs.
- Assist in the consolidation and preparation of monthly HR updates.
- Build and maintain organizational charts.
- Design internal communication materials, compile distribution lists, and manage communications.
- Provide logistical support for various P&C initiatives and activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, with a graduation conferral date in December 2027.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
