Job Description
As part of the Global Creator Strategy team, whose main mission is to develop, orchestrate, and execute content creation strategies for Ubisoft games, interns will support the team in implementing and executing these strategies. Working closely with many key internal partners (studios, brands, community, communications), the Global Content Strategy team also engages and coordinates a vast network of more than 20 Global Creator Strategy Managers around the world to enable the execution of impactful global activations and events.
In this context, we are recruiting several Creator Strategy interns across various Ubisoft licenses (Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, etc.). Your main tasks will be as follows:
Participate in the deployment of the global content creation strategy for some Ubisoft brands:
• Contribute to the implementation of activations and content creation projects for well-known titles (Mainly Rainbow Six Siege X, Assassin's Creed Shadows, etc.) as well as projects that have not yet been announced.
• Support local Creator Strategy Managers by implementing tools and processes for coordination with local teams.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to respond to local requests and/or provide appropriate responses.
• Help coordinate global industry events (Ubisoft Forward, Gamescom, etc.)

Monitor, report, and analyze the impact and performance of our creator activations and campaigns:
• Use tracking and reporting tools and ensure follow-up and coordination with territories for reporting purposes.
• Consolidate and build comprehensive report analyses on specific creator activations, momentum points, or campaigns, based on established key metrics.
• Competitive intelligence: monitor news and conduct benchmarks and case studies related to creator strategies and trends observed in the sector.

Qualifications
• You are a student, familiar with Microsoft Office, social media (mainly YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok), and have a strong affinity for video games.
• You are familiar with the Content Creators ecosystem.
• You have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
• You have strong coordination and project management skills.
• You are diplomatic, a team player, and have good communication skills.
• Good PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations are a plus
