Job Description
Working as part of our varied and talented TT Production team of around 25 staff, you'll collaborate closely with designers, artists, animators, and other cross‑functional partners to support multiple departments and contribute to several projects in development.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Responsible for supporting all areas of a title's development, and the Production team in general.
• Will help facilitate scheduling, organising, and tracking work, based on direction.
• Report any problems/ risks uncovered to the Project Manager
• Attending meetings & reviews, taking concise and comprehensive notes, and passing information to the team as required
• Working with QA to ensure any testing requirements are covered
• Learning and helping support the JIRA database to ensure all data is in the correct location and has the correct classification/ scrum priority
• Undertaking relevant on-the-job training where required and keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies
• Shadowing the Production team and sharing insights and opportunities to further support, as required
Qualifications & Experience
• Highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management, planning & communication skills
• Good understanding of in-house tools and software used in development
• Practical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Demonstrates dependability and commitment to project/ tasks
• Flexible approach with the ability to adapt with change
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• University course and portfolio in related industry advantageous
• Agile/ SCRUM project management experience advantageous
• Experience of Microsoft Project and/or Excel advantageous
