Software Development Engineer in Test Intern

San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
• Closely interact with development to understand new features and independently own new features quality
• You will work with QA teams to build, maintain, and improve test suites for the PlayStation console
• You will author and maintain automation scripts and libraries
• Collaborate with distributed teams for automation design and development
• Work with the infrastructure team to understand and effectively use/setup common services such as CI pipelines and automation frameworks

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or related field), and/or within 1 year of their post-graduation date
• Experience or course work related to web applications and distributed systems
• Experience using version control solutions (both centralized and distributed)
• Experience using at least one modern web application framework such as Angular/Ember.js/React
• Experience developing or testing a non-PC device (phone/game console/set-top box, etc.)
• Experience with both Node.js and Python
• Solid understanding of Selenium or Appium
• Experience using React Native
