Associate Program Manager Intern

Responsibilities:

As the Associate Program Manager Intern, you will support the retail PMO team on critical strategic program delivery. You will help coordinate the design and maintenance of the internal shared documentation and confluence spaces and triage and track JIRA feature epics. You will track risk and dependencies as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program deliverables, goals, and scope. You will build relationships with Engineering and product partners by assigning and tracking next steps and breakthroughs for deliverables.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business and/or Engineering and/or within 1 year of their post-graduation date
• Experience with development and implementing technical or non-technical projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
• Solid track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Analytical and solution-oriented background, with great people skills and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge with confluence/JIRA/Tableau is a plus
