Software Engineer Intern

Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on software development projects. You will get to work with engineering team members and will be involved in coding and unit testing of software components. The assignment may involve working in both front end and backend technologies. You will get an opportunity to work an agile environment.

Qualifications:
• Current or post-graduate (up to 1 year) student
• Have exposure to backend technologies using Java Stack. Spring Boot, Java and Hibernate will be the main technologies you will be working with
• Have database knowledge, including DB Design and writing SQL queries
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic database skills using relational DB (table design, writing queries)
• Sound knowledge of data structures (set, map, array, list etc.)

Desired qualifications:
• Exposure to front technologies such as React, Angular and JavaScript will be a huge plus!
• Any experience working with search technologies such Solr, Elasticsearch
• Exposure to AWS technologies will also be considered is a bonus!
