CX E-Commerce Business Process Specialist Intern

San Mateo, CA

Responsibilities:
Our 2022 intern will conduct analysis of the E-commerce processes & flows surrounding the consumer journey. They will complete a project looking at specific workflows and processes, benchmarking against industry standards and target KPIs. The project should result in processes/ flows improvement or tooling feature proposals to achieve tangible improvements in Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score and Consumer Journey.

Qualifications:
• Working toward or has a Bachelor's Degree, experience or class work in business analysis, project/program management with an interest in e-commerce, business or marketing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build compelling slide decks and present a narrative that will influence others.
• Analytically minded with ability to parse through a large volume of data to detect trends and report on insights.
• Must be adept at using Excel.
• Ability to research, analysis and solve complex problems into solutions.
• Passionate about online gaming and have an interest in media and entertainment.
• Experience delivering impactful projects/programs.
