Voice & Agent team in SIE provides accessibility features (Speech to Text [Party Chat/Voice Dictation] and Text to Speech [Screen Reader]) as well as intelligent voice commands (ex- Launch/Find: [game, app, settings], Play/Pause/Resume/Forward etc.) to ease the navigation for PS5 users and make their experience with PS5 simpler yet amazing.

Responsibilities
• Understand the architecture and data flow of complex systems
• Understand the complexities of NLU and its accuracy
• Build intelligent algorithm to evaluate patterns rather simple data
• Create automated solution for finding issues in services which are live and notifying relevant stakeholders with actionable information

Qualifications
• Projected to graduate in 2024
• Enrolled in Masters/PhD in Computer Science
• Good knowledge of any programming language like Java, Golang, C# or Python
• Basic understanding of web-sockets/GRPC
• Basic understanding of NLU
• Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Self-Starter with awareness of ownership for this project
