MBA Intern, Global Content Strategy & Insights (Summer 2026 - In Person, West Hollywood)

The Global Content Strategy & Insights team works closely with various cross-functional stakeholders, including FP&A, Marketing, Programming, Business Development, Streaming Strategy, Partnerships, Business Operations, and Data Analytics. The team manages content licensing and development for Pluto TV and Paramount+ as well as strategic analysis for high-impact projects across the Streaming division.

Key Internship Responsibilities:
• Content forecasting, including content ROI models
• Performance analysis (analyzing complex datasets and deriving data-driven insights)
• Streamlining content forecasting operations and maintaining various documents
• Developing materials for high-priority strategic initiatives for senior leadership
• International market prioritization and strategy development
• Developing and implementing business strategies that enhance subscriber, user, and revenue generation
Qualifications:
• Strong executive presence
• Excel proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working and seeking cross-functional buy-in
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with streaming, media, and/or technology is a plus

Eligibility:
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $34.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
