Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Creative Production
• Video editing and creative production of internal showcase AV content.
• Use still images and AV to bring to life creative marketing ideas
• Basic video edits for digital marketing materials
• Social optimisation of video assets
• Basic resizing of digital ad formats & social assets
• Creative mock up's of advertising materials
• Photoshop image design and edits

Creative Servicing
• Co-ordinate the distribution of approved advertising materials to the media/agencies (including key number instructions)
• Works with Creative Services Lead & Executives to manage material deadlines on each film
• Manages the creative administration process including uploading of files, saving of assets in the system and downloading of master creative files.
• Responsible for managing the briefing and approvals process for limited release films.
• Manages the distribution of approved assets to internal stakeholders such as exhibition and branches.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Adobe Premiere Pro – highly proficient
• Understands and confident with program workflow
• Splitting and combining footage together seamlessly with audio
• Creating and animating text
• Independently sourcing stock footage and SFX
• Proficient with masking and blending tools

Adobe Photoshop – highly proficient
• Confident with masking, vanishing point, lasso tools
• Can blend foreign assets into existing environments

General Skills
• Strong understanding of file formats, codecs and their effects.
• Organizational skills important - lots of sectioning and organising of assets.
• Sourcing fonts, graphics and other design assets not provided.
• Manipulating source files to complete tasks/projects.
• Attention to detail is critical
• Understanding of the media and social landscape

Desired Characteristics

Additional program skills which would be considerable favourable:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
