Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Twins Production team in all entertainment elements to make every home game an engaging, informative, and fun experience.
• Job functions include being our pre-game on-field stage manager for all activities including pitches, presentations, player awards and much more.
• During the game, you will help facilitate in-ballpark contests and sponsored elements and serve as our liaison to ensure all between-inning live elements happen as planned.
• Responsible for all player messaging, including fun facts, notable baseball feats, and walk-up music, so that all information displayed is current and relevant.
• Assists with writing scripts and game formats for the Production team.
• Create and distribute scoreboard videos and pictures for fans and fellow employees.
• Assist with special event planning, coordination of notable ceremonial pitch participants, and Target Field non-game day events as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
• College student or recent college graduate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to interact professionally with athletes, alumni and key stakeholders.
• Ability to think conceptually and creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and all Twins home games and holidays as needed while keeping the excitement.
• Strong knowledge of Major League Baseball regarding research, players and history.
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week, including all Twins home games.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
