Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide priority user support and customer service on organization supported hardware and software platforms while working directly with Technology Operation Specialists.

• This position is designed for a professional individual who is ready to connect their educational foundation with the real needs and solutions in a small and unique environment.

• In this position you will learn to create users in Active Directory, image and issue laptops to users, as well as work with a wide variety of other technologies in use at Target Field.

• Participate in the monitoring and analysis of security events and alert to detect and respond to potential security incidents.

• Support the implementation and management of security controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Assist in the review and analysis of security logs, reports, and data to identify potential security issues or trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and provide recommendations for improving the security posture of the organization.

Required Experience and Education:
• College student or recent graduate.

• Relevant coursework must be detailed within resume.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Exposure to PC, server, network, broadcast, and cybersecurity technologies.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and PC/Laptop hardware.

Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed.

Time Commitment: March 2025 - October 2025.

Hours: 20 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week during the summer.

Pay Rate: $17/hour.
