Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Human Resources department in payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding and other administrative duties.
Required Experience and Education:
• Must be majoring in Human Resources, or a related field and have an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Spanish proficiency.
Time Commitment: February 2025 - October 2025.
Hours: 20 hours/week during the school year; 40 hours/week during the summer.
Pay Rate: $17/hour.
