Job Description
Overview

As part of Brewers Community Foundation, the Intern will provide administrative and operational support to Brewers Community Foundation. Brewers Community Foundation (BCF) is the official charitable arm of the Milwaukee Brewers. This paid internship will run from mid-April until the beginning of October.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of Brewers Community Foundation including, providing administrative assistance to all members of the department, answering phone calls, data entry, and additional miscellaneous office duties
• Assist with the preparation and execution of special events (e.g. 5K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk, BCF Weekends, Drive For Charity, Ultimate Auction / Fan Packs)
• Oversee the fundraising and logistical components behind the Brewers Community Foundation Scoreboard Message program by fielding calls from interested parties, helping to reserve their messages, coordinating with Entertainment Department to make sure request is fulfilled, etc.

The ideal candidate will have one or more of experience in customer service, as well as the ability to interact professionally with fans, and respond quickly and thoughtfully to any situation. Candidates with strong communication, writing, analytical and organizational skills are preferred.
