The Los Angeles Dodgers Fan Services team creates, harbors, and repairs fan relations with the team and organization both for guests in attendance at games/events and for the global fanbase. During games, Fan Services is the bridge that connects guests with all the amenities and resources available at Dodger Stadium to enhance or troubleshoot their visit, ensuring they have a safe and memorable experience. During the week, Fan Services interacts with fans via phone, email, and physical mail to build and maintain strong relationships with our fans.

Position Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (can be obtained through school related activities or volunteer work).
• Possesses excellent organizational record keeping and planning skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
• Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Passionate about working for a professional sports team
• Proactive and out of the box thinking
