Job Description
THE ROLE
Split Second Management, LLC, is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment. We are seeking an Fan Page / Digital Intern to play a hands-on role in shaping how our roster shows up across TikTok and Instagram, helping shape the voice and presence of various fan/burner accounts. The focus is on turning real-time moments into fan-first content - organizing photos/videos, editing clips together to create storylines, capitalizing on relevant trends, and sharing the personality behind the voice. By helping translate releases, tours, and everyday moments into shareable posts, this role is a key part of how we connect artists to their audiences and stay culturally relevant online.
Duration: February 23, 2026 through May 29, 2026
Average hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship offered for academic credit only. Proof of enrollment and credit eligibility is required.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Take raw content from the artists and brainstorm ways to creatively share on a variety of accounts
• Build out content calendars to maintain consistency
• Edit and publish short-form content across owned TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Assist the digital team with day-to-day content needs
• Help maintain a consistent, fan-first voice across multiple accounts
• Contribute ideas for new content formats that feel native, timely and applicable for each specific account's voice
• Keep a pulse on socials to spot trends early, move fast and create content that feels native to the platforms
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, especially music-driven content and fan culture
• Understands how culture moves online in real time and has strong instincts for trends, fandom behavior and what performs well on social platforms
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools)
• Comfort working quickly and adapting in a fast-moving digital environment
• Passion for artists, fandoms, internet culture and how music lives online
