Online Dev Team is looking for a smart, creative Android Engineer Intern to join them for spring or summer 2023 . Our Interns are given challenging projects over the work term, and are provided with a meaningful experience with high expectations for performance. The Android team is responsible for building and iterating on features that provide value to and delight our users using the latest tools available for Android. We are looking for interns that integrate well with our development teams and want to work on real features that ship to our users. As an Android Engineer, you'll leverage your knowledge of computer science principles and the Android platform to build robust solutions to interesting technical challenges.

In This Role You Will:
• Learn and work with the latest tools, Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform
• Define and solve challenges across the Android platform, from ideation to production
• Collaborate closely with other mobile developers and other stakeholders across multiple disciplines including product, design, QA, and analytics
• Build features with the end-user in mind

What We're Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience and understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience with a programming language used for Android development (Java, Kotlin)
• Experience developing Android applications
• Motivated to learn and ability to learn quickly
• Collaborative and contributes original ideas
• Good written and verbal communication skills
