Job Description
Who We Are:

Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company, home to many of the world's most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events, and experiences. The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation through entertainment agency WME; sports operations and advisory, event management, media production and distribution, and brand licensing through IMG; live event experiences and hospitality through On Location; full-service marketing through global cultural marketing agency 160over90; and sports data and technology through IMG ARENA and OpenBet. Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.

Position Responsibilities / Day to Day: 
• UK Culture Groups 
• Support the coordinator and business unit inclusion partners to run monthly meetings
• Update each culture groups trackers 
• Suggest ideas for events and community building moments
• Recommend speakers and panellists

ERGs
• Attend ERG events 
• Support the team coordinator with administrative tasks relevant to the program

Social Media 
• Help manage the social media calendar and content creation for the Endeavor Impact Instagram page
• Attend events to help get coverage for the page 

Client Support
• Research support on upcoming client projects 
• Community and employee engagement
• Supporting company programming plans and execution (i.e. Pride, Summer of Service, volunteer projects)
• Joining the team as we ideate and plan our company's Impact and Inclusion programming, supporting on everything the ideation through execution and attending the events. 
• Drafting communications and sharing design ideas for materials and event collateral

Administrative support is needed with: 
• Processing payments and managing the budget 
• Organising distribution lists
• Responding to general inquiries
• Organising the content library and managing selects folders

• Coordinating a series of meetings internally with individuals whose work aligns with the interns interests 
• Attending internal and industry events to meeting colleagues and other professionals working in the areas of interest
• Attend meetings with members of the team to meet external professionals in the Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy space. 

Requirements for Ideal Candidates:

Experience and Skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media management and content creation experience or interest are a plus
• Research skills for client project support
• Familiarity with budget management, event planning, etc
• Intangibles
• Passion (can be Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy related, a cause close to them, or an initiative that they care deeply for – but we want to see that they stand for something)
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Full-Time Opportunities Post-Internship could include: 
• Impact, Inclusion, & Advocacy coordinator
• Administrative support staff (i.e. assistant, coordinator) 
• Social media or communications role
• Event planning role
• Research analyst or support staff on a client team or projects

Program Details

We have internships available across our businesses at 160/90, Corporate Services, Endeavor Analytics, IMG Arena, IMG Events, IMG Media (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League), IMG Production & Studios, Licensing, On Location, Professional Bull Riders, and WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include Beverly Hills, New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, Pueblo, CO, London, Paris, and Gliwice, Poland. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
Our program will include a welcome event, speaker series, career planning sessions, team projects, and other events throughout the 10 weeks you're with us.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted.

Important Dates
• February 17th: Applications close.
• July 1st: Internship starts.
• September 6th: Internship ends.

Recruitment Process
Our process consists of 4 steps.

1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you're interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?

2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected for next steps, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.

3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.

4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility
Our internships are designed with rising undergraduate candidates in mind; however, current university enrolment is not required for all of our internships.

Pay

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location.
