About the Role & ProgramThis internship role will help manage the critical pricing and commercial initiatives across Disney's suite of streaming services across Disney+, Hulu and ESPN DTC. The role will support the Commerce Operations team, which enables the sale of subscriptions across the streamers and other commerce-related initiatives, as well as Promo & Partner Operations to launch discounted promotions and third-party partnerships globally. These initiatives require the creation and management of commerce artifacts and supporting documentation that enable smooth execution and minimize risk.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and an eagerness to learn how large-scale commerce operations are executed in a global streaming environment.
What You Will Do
• Assist with creation and maintenance of commerce artifacts, including offers, campaigns, cohorts, and SKUs
• Support copy management across the Disney+ purchase experience using internal tools
• Help manage documentation processes such as runbooks, briefs, and process documents
• Provide operational readiness support during major launches, including commerce initiatives, product rollouts and promotions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of commerce and partner operations projects
• Contribute to process improvements and accuracy of documentation to reduce bottlenecks and support timely delivery of initiatives
Learning Opportunities:
• Hands-on experience with large-scale commerce operations across Disney's suite of streaming services (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN DTC)

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Interest in business operations, commerce, partnerships, within digital subscription businesses or streaming/media industries
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communications skills
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Design skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva
• Familiarity in AI and/or an interest in learning about adapting AI processes into the workplace
Education
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications or a related discipline.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
Additional Information
• The approximate dates of this position are May/June 2026 through August/September 2026
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
• Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
