As an Administrative Intern, you will support the President and GM of the Motor City Cruise.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and always striving for knowledge to enhance their growth within the organization while enjoying the administrative work required in the position. Candidate should have excellent listening, organizational and communication skills. Proficient in using and navigating PC Platforms, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and is comfortable learning and using new technology. Attention to detail and a high sense of urgency are vital to this role. Candidate must possess a strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple responsibilities, while maintaining confidentiality. We're looking for a self-motivator who can ''read and react'' with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for meetings and conference calls.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings (zoom and in person) and manage calendars.
• Provide written summaries of key meetings, documents and projects.
• Check and respond to emails and memos from President and league office.
• Open to accompany the President and VP to partnership meetings and events.
• Open to attending home games when the Motor City Cruise is playing.
• Interact and maintain a positive working relationship among all levels of internal team members and outside clients.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as directed.
