About the Role
Deluxe is seeking a highly motivated and curious Intern to join our Cinema team. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance theatrical workflows, content delivery, and operational efficiency across our global cinema business. This individual will help teams identify opportunities for AI, develop AI strategies, and implement AI solutions that align with business goals, and incorporate various AI techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. This role will work with multi-disciplinary teams to support clients in a wide range of data initiatives aiming to generate and present new, useful, and actionable insights. To s/ucceed in this role, you must have the ability to identify the causes of a problem and present various solutions for it in a detailed and comprehensive manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify areas where AI can provide value, such as automation, predictive analytics, or personalized recommendations
• Analyze internal processes to uncover automation or optimization opportunities using AI
• Identify, test, and evaluate AI models to address specific business use cases
• Provide training on AI tools and techniques to ensure effective usage and ongoing support for the implemented solutions
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies
Qualifications
• [Currently pursuing a] degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Media Technology, or a related field
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems using AI techniques
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Desire to investigate and test new tools and technologies as they are released
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various teams
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

This role is based in California and the base pay range for this role is $17.81 to $18.00 per hour. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
