The Cincinnati Reds Corporate Partnerships Department is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-oriented individual to assist with the fulfillment and execution of corporate partner activations during the 2026 season. This position provides hands-on experience in sponsorship servicing and client relations while supporting the department's in-game and event operations. Internships will begin March of 2026 and will run through September 2026.

Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.
Commitment:
20-30 hours/week, primarily centered around 2025 Cincinnati Reds home game schedule. The hours will also include night, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
Education | Currently pursuing, or have achieved, an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Experience | Previous work or volunteer experience in customer-facing roles. Experience assisting with or participating in large scale events Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting Experience handling unexpected challenges and providing on the spot solutions.
Skills | Collaborative: enthusiastic about helping others and proud of team success Adaptable: ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing situations and resolve guest issues in real time Accountable: willingness to accept responsibility for actions
Preferred Qualifications:
Education | Currently pursuing, or have achieved, an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing and/or related field preferred.
Experience | A background in service or hospitality is preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internet applications. Prior internship or work-related experience preferred. Experience in client entertainment.
Skills | Communication: excellent oral and written communication skills Attitude: Must be an energetic self-starter with an outing personality and be customer-service driven Work Ethic: regularly exceeds expectations pertaining to role, inspiring others to work harder Professionalism: Must present self in a professional manner to interact with sponsors, fans of all ages, game day guests and, on occasion, players Passionate: ambitious and committed to the sports partnerships field

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Corporate Partnerships department with fulfillment and all steps of the service process during events and gamedays during the season. | 25%
Participate in coordinating and fulfilling activations and experience such as Batting Practice Viewings and Pre-Game ceremonies. | 25%
Assist with events such as the Corporate Partnerships Golf Outing, Corporate Sponsorships Games and other assignments such as the Kroger Meal Deal, Bark in the Park, exit sample, post-game concerts, and other sponsor-related events. | 25%
Varied game day preparations, data entry and additional miscellaneous duties as needed. | 20%
Perform other duties as assigned. | 5%
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Corporate Partnerships Service Manager

Physical Requirements:
• Occasionally required to sit
• Standing for long periods of time
• Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
• Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation up to 40 pounds
• May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Willing to conduct business during non-traditional hours, utilizing games and events (including evenings and weekends) to interact with clients and prospects
