Basic Qualifications You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience supporting media, broadcast, or production workflows in a live or near-live environment.
• You need deep technical skills, meaning you should be able to troubleshoot issues with applications, workflows, and systems among tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience supporting production or creative applications (e.g., Adobe, Avid, VizRT, Mimir, or similar platforms)....Capable of creating clear operational documentation, including incident summaries, symptoms, timelines, investigative steps, and outcomes.
• Ability to provide calm, technically grounded support during live, near-live, and time-sensitive production windows.
• Proficient interpersonal skills with ability to support production teams, editors, and end-users in a professional, patient manner.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with demonstrated ability to acquire new technical skills and stay current with emerging broadcast and media technologies.
• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for troubleshooting, validation, or operational efficiency is a plus.
• AI-conscious mindset, with interest in understanding how AI-assisted tools can support troubleshooting, documentation, incident analysis, and operational efficiency.
