The Job

We are seeking an Associate Producer for the WB Games San Francisco Production team! At WB Games San Francisco we are bringing some of the most iconic characters and stories to life in the mobile space. We are committed to creating immersive, engaging experiences for our fans and are positioning ourselves to become a top player in mobile games.

As the Associate Producer for the WB Games San Francisco team you are responsible for supporting the production team in the execution and tracking of all game development activities. You will play a central role in building our games as you work with the various WB team members, contractors, and license holders.

The Daily
• Daily management and tracking of game development activities within small groups (pods). Ensure schedules are coordinated, maintained and adjusted as necessary. Report on risks and recommend steps to address.
• Facilitate communication across the team, identify issues, then gather requirements and translate this into actionable tasks.
• Scheduling, attending and running meetings, taking and distributing notes and following up on resulting action items.
• Track tasks, driving them to completion. Ensure that all team members have the tools they need to succeed in completing tasks.
• Act as project liaison, coordinating across teams including development teams, QA, usability, localization, audio, legal, license holders and WB partner teams.

The Essentials
• Undergraduate degree of equivalent.
• 2+ years of game industry experience with complex game development projects.
• Experience participating in all phases of full-cycle mobile game development, preferably releasing 1 title.
• Passion for mobile gaming.
• Understanding of free-to-play mobile game landscape.
• Ability to pro-actively identify and recommend improvements to development process.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in JIRA, Trello, MS and Google Office Suites.
• Successful track record of leading discussion, driving to and defining action items.
• Self-motivated, driven individual who prefers working in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn game production standards and best practices.
