Responsibilities
Role Purpose:

The Supervising Producer will help to oversee daily content/show production, produce content/shows, and assist in day-to-day planning and development of portions of the linear production staff.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily program needs with focus on live shots, guests, taped elements, and social media
• Line produce daily and special linear studio shows
• Schedule and Supervise Associate Producers
• Collaborate content planning with Sr. Coordinating Producer and VP, Content
• Develop short and long form multi-platform content initiatives
• Assist in production training and giving feedback to talent and employees both in and out of control room
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years leadership experience in sports television production
• Strong background in every aspect of the creative process
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Needham, MA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
