Job Description

IMG MODELS, LLC seeks F/T Digital Model Scout (NY, NY) to develop IMGs digital scouting initiatives and support our models. Work closely with our U.S. agents. Create, administer, and refine the successful methods for the digital scouting platform structure used on assigned campaign(s). Develop internal processes, including campaign computer system and organizational tools, to optimize our digital scouting platform. Discover and sign new talent and connect the client to leading designers. Scout, develop, and sign new talent discovered through social media and campaign initiatives. Shape and develop digital content for the campaign. Develop, implement, and refine the campaign platform.

Require Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Community Manager, Digital Media Strategist, or related.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept three (3) years of university study and two (2) years of experience as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifying experience must include each of the following skills: Developing relationships with stakeholders in secondary and tertiary scouting markets; Identifying key success signifiers in potential clients at an early stage of development; Translating talent capabilities shown in video or photographic documentation into written documentation to promote talent; Photographic and video-graphic documentation; Conveying key talking points in a short amount of time to signing targets and their parents. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Up to 30% travel required.
