Responsibilities
NBCUniversal Brand Development is a division that creates and extends quality entertainment that positively impacts audiences through universally engaging stories, play and experiences.
The Sr. Manager, Finance is an integral member of the NBCUniversal finance team, responsible for providing strategic, operational and financial support to the Brand Development Games team. The primary focus will be on financial planning, analysis, and business and operations support. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task and balance priorities on competing initiatives.

Job Duties
• Creates and maintains financial models and P&Ls to forecast revenue, expenses, and profits for our gaming & digital media portfolio
• Contributes to the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, Five Year Plan, and monthly forecasts including the accompanying senior management presentations
• Builds modeling tools to forecast title performance and guide financial planning
• Prepares ad-hoc reports, special projects, and presentations for various internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain revenue regression models, green light analyses, and marketing spend models
• Report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators including: P&L, headcount and labor model, key performance metrics, cost allocations, and product development pipeline
• Collaboration with following stakeholders: internal finance team; functional teams for developing forecasts and budgets; accounting team for close process
• Understand market dynamics, business trends, and competitive landscape to provide insight
• Partner with business / category leads to provide financial analysis and decision support for business expansion and new business models
• Work with the Finance and Business teams to set up new processes and procedures, and opportunities for operational improvements

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 6 years experience in finance
• Microsoft Excel skills required
• General accounting knowledge preferred
