PlayStation is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Data Visualization Developer to join our SIE Marketing's Audience, Infrastructure, and Measurement (AIM) team. As part of our team, you will be essential in enabling our global marketing organization to understand how our paid media is performing and make business decisions based on data. AIM Analysts have a wide range of skill sets from SQL and audience strategists to attribution modeling. You will play a meaningful role in shaping and evolving the way that we connect with our players across the globe as we prepare to launch PlayStation 5. Together as gaming and customer experience advocates, we can show how PlayStation is truly the Best Place to Play.

Primary Responsibilities
• Build and deploy data visualization reports, dashboards, tools, and insights
• Create front end marketing and media dashboard
• Develop visualizations that are on-brand, demonstrate visual and analytical integrity, follows design standard methodologies, and are crafted for an efficient experience for the end-user
• Deliver visualizations and dashboards that transform sophisticated data to be more accessible, understandable and usable to drive impactful insights
• Sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations
• Maintain a comprehensive library of documentation inclusive of process, methodology, and similar
• Utilize expertise to collaborate with the Measurement Team Program Manager to understand requirements for reports and interactive dashboards, proof of concept and iterate to deliver products that support data-driven decision making

• 4+ years of experience in design, developing dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service tools
• Strong ability to lead visualization projects and work on a cross-functional team
• Ability to transform digital advertising data from a number of sources to impactful visualizations
• Ability to build user-centered designs that support measurable data-driven decision making
• Demonstrates an understanding of fundamental principles of the visual display of information
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, Datorama, or full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis and presentation
• Strong design thinking and a track record of crafting unique data visualizations
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills in Python, R
• Strong SQL skills demonstrated in data modeling, report view creation or similar
• Experience with Agile and LEAN methodologies a plus
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Passionate about gaming and video game culture
