Job Description

The Visual Content Coordinator will work one-on-one with the department head on music videos and visual content projects. The employee must have a flexible, professional attitude and be able to work remotely and/or unsupervised. The job requires long hours on-set, ranging from 12-16 hours, time spent driving to and from the set, weekend work, occasional travel, etc. During these scenarios, the employee will be paid overtime, reimbursed for work-related travel, expenses, etc.

How you’ll CREATE:
• Assist department head with all administrative needs, including managing and coordinating complex daily schedules, calendar, phone calls, T&E expenses, and travel
• Maintain a database of all video project materials
• Liaise with directors, reps, and production companies during a solicitation
• Maintain director statuses of current video solicitations
• Attend in-house marketing meetings

• Driver’s license
• Previous label experience a plus
• Previous production experience a plus
• Knowledge of the current music video production landscape a plus
