Responsibilities
POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr. Director, Digital Partnerships will focus on the high-growth digital component of NBCU's advertising sales business. Acting as a consultant to the wider Ad Sales organization, you will collaborate across teams (including business development, product, marketing, finance, planning) to seamlessly execute strategic initiatives and drive revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage monetization (from pitch to pay) of NBCUniversal and third-party content on emerging digital platforms as well as the vendor relationships required to support such monetization
• Think holistically about how the current and future video advertising product offering fits into the larger ecosystem
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations and ensure seamless execution of new initiatives
• Identify key performance indicators to measure success and drive progress
• Communicate the vision and status of strategic initiatives to senior executives and coworkers at all levels of the organization
• Identify and evaluate new ways to grow revenue and scale across the portfolio of NBCU's digital and linear properties
• Use and maintain an understanding of key ad sales, planning and financial systems (e.g. Salesforce, NBCU Internal budgeting systems) and tools
• Keep abreast of technology/media industry trends and market conditions

ABOUT YOU
• Understand platforms and technologies that support digital content distribution and monetization (e.g. OTT, mobile, DAI, ad serving, measurement, etc.)
• Uniquely combine quantitative skills needed to analyze the business with interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• High comfort level performing real-time business analysis and execution of priority initiatives
• Passion for simplifying complex concepts, defining value propositions and championing the voice of sales
• Entrepreneurial, proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong track record of cultivating relationships
• Keen attention to accuracy and detail

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• 2+ years of experience directly working in media/advertising at a leading entertainment corporation, agency, technology platform and/or management consulting firm.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
