Director, Cash Planning & Analysis

Job Description

Endeavor is looking for a Director, Cash Planning & Analysis to join its Finance team, reporting to the SVP Finance, VP Finance, and VP Controller. The position will spearhead oversight of cash management, including the preparation, maintenance and reporting of cash flow modeling and forecasting for Endeavor Content's international and domestic lines of business.

Job Responsibilities:
• Compiles and submits cash flow forecasts, annual budgets and interim short term rolling quarterly forecasts
• Identifies risks & opportunities to enable business decisions and communicate strategies to achieve stated targets
• Demonstrated experience and success in implementing processes to improve modeling while looking to long term solutions to further automate and streamline reporting deliverables
• Understanding and strong working knowledge of media program cash flows including forecasting, billing types, delivery, and collection cycles
• Partners with finance and accounting teams to develop and create comprehensive cash models to enable accurate and timely reporting
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strategizes to determine best practices for cash management. Assists in establishing and overseeing controls for cash outflows and inflows.
• Assists with the compilation of debt compliance activities including coordinating with the Business Development and Business Affairs teams to facilitate timely submissions
• Facilitates timely Network and Streaming Platform billing processes
• Gathers, interprets, and prepares cash flow projections
• Ensures the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all regular and ad-hoc management requests

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• MBA Preferred
• Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience required
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics and interdependencies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and high level of comfort working with all levels of management
• Attention to detail and results oriented
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• 5+ years related forecasting / modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills
